Saudi Oil Minister Ali Naimi said on Wednesday that economic growth is driving oil prices, not high global inventories.Speaking ahead of the start of Opec's ministerial meeting in Vienna, Naimi acknowledged that, right now, commercial OECD oil stocks could be up to 10 days higher than the five-year average, but he said that stock levels no longer matter.
