Sunoco Acquires Fuel Stations

US refiner Sunoco continues to expand into the retail sector as it shifts its focus away from refining. The company said it will acquire 25 retail fuel and convenience stores in New York state from Lehigh Gas Corp., based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
