Narendra Modi to be First Indian PM to Visit Israel

India and Israel have shared 23 years of diplomatic relations and are working together on counter-terrorism, defence, agriculture and also water and energy sectors. Yet, Narendra Modi, who is to travel to Israel soon, would be the first Indian PM to visit that country. Reports say Modi's landmark visit could happen this year after an Indian delegation's visit to Tel Aviv in July.
