Plastik-KS Makes a Great Alternative to Conventional Dement

RITEK has offered a number of new materials for use in-well workover operations.On the whole,cement is widely used in the petroleum industry for workovers.Although low in cost,there are certain negative aspects to cement.Partly,this is compensated by use of polymers.In-particular,in 1999 RITEK developed and patented a material called Plastik-KS,it is produced with phenol-formaldehyde:resins as a base material,and is now commonly utilized.It is worthwhile to note that RITEK was one of the first in Russia to use this class of material.
