In May,three participants in this article graduated to the American Stock Exchange,an event that is expected to result in their stories having improved exposure to the investment marketplace.Following are descriptions of each.American Oil & Gas Inc.Rockies-focused American Oil & Gas(Amex:AEZ)has no debt and has raised funds through private placements.Assets include interests in 12 producing wells in Montana,and a 5% to 10% working interest in 20 coalbed-methane wells in the Powder River Basin,Wyoming.
