Designed by RPC (Research and Production Center) Termakat (Ufa), a small-capacity petroleum refinery for deep crude oil conversion was built in Kondinsky region of the Khanty-Mansiisk Autonomous Okrug for CIE (Commercial Industrial Enterprise) Dvin. The plant's throughput capacity is 80 thousand tons of crude oil a year.
