True Energy completes Bellatrix morph

True Energy Trust has completed its reorganization into a growth-oriented exploration and production company known as Bellatrix Exploration Ltd. The arrangement, approved by 97 per cent of True Energy's unitholders, creates a company with some 78.8 million common shares issued and outstanding, and nearly 270,000 net acres of undeveloped land in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
