EXXONMOBIL'S CONFIDENCE IN the Hides gas field continues to grow,with the energy giant confident it has a recoverable resource of five trillion cubic feet of gas.Touted as Papua New Guinea's largest gasfind discovered to date and located in the country's central highlands,the Hides-! and Hide-2 wells have already yielded 60 billion cubic feet to generate electricity for the Porgora gold mine some 70 kilometres to the north east.
