Neptune to acquire diving contractor

ASX-listed Neptune Marine Services has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Allied Diving Services,an offshore oil and gas and civil diving contractor based in Perth.While subject to due diligence and formal contract documentation,the acquisition will include an upfront payment of 2,125 million,consisting of cash and the issue of Neptune shares to Allied's directors,escrowed for 24 months.
