NEW FARM BILL to aid biofuels production

Passage of a new Farm Bill aims to stimulate the U.S. economy through funding for agriculture, rural development and biofuels. On February 6, the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate passed the Agricultural Act of 2014, also known as the Farm Bill. A day later, President Obama signed the bill into law.
