To solve the problem of miscalibration of a wind turbine, a computerized method for recalibrating at least one yaw rate of a wind turbine based on an initial yaw angle calibration of the wind turbine based on a determination of a turbulence intensity estimate (20) corresponding to the appropriate yaw angle (10), wherein the turbulence intensity (TI) is a ratio of a wind speed deviation to a mean wind speed over a predetermined period of time. To solve the problem of miscalibration of a wind turbine, a system for recalibrating at least one yaw angle of a wind turbine based on the recalibration method mentioned above. To solve the problem of suboptimal wind farm management, a computerized wind farm optimization method based on a simulation calculation including turbulence intensity estimates (20) estimates whether the at least one wind turbine (101, 102, 103) influences a turbulent wake from the at least one affected wind turbine (100,101,102). To solve the problem of suboptimal management of a wind farm, also a wind farm having a management system for optimizing that wind farm based on the above-mentioned optimization method. Moreover, the present invention relates to a computer-readable medium having such methods.
