In response to an invitation from the Chairman of the World Energy Council's Committee on Cleaner Fossil Fuels Systems,the General Secretariat took part in the committee's meeting held on 24 April 2007 and in the panel discussion on 'The role of West Asian nations in global emissions,' which was held on 25 April 2007.
