摘要

Synthesis of substituted-1,3,2- oxazaphospholo 1- amines/oxides was accomplished via two-step process. It involves the preparation of mono chloride intermediate (2) and its subsequent reaction with various substituted aromatic amines/ heterocyclic amines in dry THF in the presence of triethy-lamine at 50-55 °C. These compounds were characterized by IR, ~1H,~(13)C, ~(31)P NMR and MS data. All the title compounds were found to exhibit moderate anti microbial activity.
