The company's 16-ingredient rubber compound batching system is designed to accurately process powdered chemicals and precisely weigh each ingredient and the final batching.The system consists of 13 two-speed electromagnetic vibratory feeders and three two-speed precision volumetric screw feeders made of 304 stainless steel.The system also includes eight weigh stations which feature weigh bases with individual,electrically powered rollers.
