摘要

The fittings of a modern middle voltage system with overhead conductors are presented in the paper. A complex analysis of Rheological problems that appear during a conductor-fitting cooperation has been carried out based on a professional literature. The importance of a problem results from the fact that both fittings and conductors are made of aluminium and its alloys, i.e. materials of weak rheological resistance. Stress analysis was carried out showing that stress relaxation occurs always in the fittings-conductor system. This phenomenon leads to the decrease of press forces and, in a consequence, to the decrease of friction force values f conductor in clamp. It may lead to dangerous enlargement of a conductor's sag. The presented analysis is the basis to carry out investigation on press force relaxation in real fittings-conductor systems.
