Hercules recalling China-made heavy-duty steer tires

Hercules Tire & Rubber Co. is recalling 1,222 H502 radial medium tubeless truck tires, size 315/80R22.5, Load Range J, produced in DOT week-ending dates 5211 through 2112 (Dec. 26, 2011 to May 27, 2012). The affected tires may have been made with an insufficient tire liner gauge due to an improperly working machine at Sailun Tire Corp. in Qingdao, China, their point of origin.
