Government Plans RSS-4 Procurement Thru Rubber Mark

The government is toying with the idea of going in for procurement of RSS-4 grade sheet rubber through the Rubber Marketing Federation (Rubber Mark) at market rates. The difference in market price and the import price, which is lower, will be borne as subsidy by the government and disbursed to Rubber Mark.
