Shareholders in OJSC Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK) voted at a extraordinary meeting held September 29 in favor of 1.4 rubles in interim share dividends for the first half of this year, a company statement says. The payout will be conducted until November 28, 2011. Judging from the number of company shares in circulation - 5,993,227,240 ordinary shares with par value of one ruble - NLMK could be in line to pay its shareholders a combined 8.39 billion rubles (around $291 million) in dividends.
