The Federal Anti-Monopoly Service (FAS) has fined Siberian Coal & Energy Company (SUEK) 485 million dollars rubles and Russian Coal 66 million dollars rubles for collusion on the coal market. "The Federal Anti-Monopoly Service (FAS of Russia) has imposed administrative fines of 485 million dollars rubles against OJSC SUEK and 66 million dollars rubles against OJSC Russian Coal for participation in a cartel on the coal market," the regulator said in a statement.
