AURUM MINING COULD SELL 80% OF KYRGYZ GOLD PROJECT TO MENTOR GOLD

Aurum Mining plc could sell its 80% stake in the Andash gold-copper project in Kyrgyzstan to Australia's Kentor Gold. Aurum said in a statement that its directors had offered Kentor a three-month option to buy the 80% as well as related assets, mainly equipment. Aurum would receive 10 million dollars for the stake and 5 million dollars for the assets.
