Canada's Dundee Precious Metals has bought 80 percent of the shares in Deno Gold Mining, which owns the Kapan mining and bene-ficiation plant in Armenia, for 22 million dollars, Deno Gold Mining told Interfax on August 23. The company said the deal was signed on August 10 and registered by the Toronto Stock Exchange a few days ago. Britain's Vatrin Investment Ltd, the sole owner of Deno Gold Mining, will receive 14 million dollars, and 8 million dollars will be used to clear the Kapan mine's debts.
