摘要

The article presents the investigation results of the process of stamping and flow forming of the Alloy 825 hard-to-deform material. It has been shown that products the of Alloy 825 material are more suitable for shaping by the methods of metal forming (stamping and drawing ) than those of the Inconel 625 alloy and the 0H18N9 stainless steel (investigated in 2009). As a result of technological investigations, the magnitude of deformation and elongation, hardness increase and roughness of an Alloy 825 drawpiece side wall have been determined.
