摘要

1. A method for quantitative description of nonequilibrium crystallization of alloys with initial supercooling has been developed. 2. The legitimacy of the proposed method is confirmed by the fact that the computational data that have been obtained coincide with published experimental observations. 3. Calculations using the method that has been described here show that initial supercooling induces an increase in the weight fraction of the initially crystallized solid solution, a decrease in the nonhomogeneity of its composition, and a reduction in the weight fraction of the eutectic by comparison with the results of ordinary Petrov--Shale nonequilibrium crystallization without initial supercooling.
