Professionally speaking, how do you describe yourself? Ceramic artist and potter, and art director of the Research Centre at Guldagergard, part of the Museum of International Ceramic Art-Denmark. What ceramics do you most enjoy using in your everyday life? I enjoy setting a table with ceramic pieces from all over the world, where plates, bowls and the food are in a dialogue. How did you first become involved in ceramics? I started with four years as an apprentice to become a potter in a large studio pottery, H.A. Kahler, in Denmark. Right after that I studied for six years at the School of Arts and Crafts, Copenhagen, now Denmark's Designschool.
