摘要

It is shown that it is possible to prepare alloys containing rare-earth elements by means of high-temperature exchange reactions with simultaneous alloy formation. Investigations are conducted to select an electrolyte for creating such alloys. As a result of an analysis it is found that the characteristics of the model and the physical salt mixtures are in good agreement. Therefore, preliminary modeling of salt mixtures is of important production value. The process of creating magnesium- and aluminum-based alloys with simultaneous alloying with other components is studied. The influence of the temperature at which the process is conducted, the length of the reaction, the composition of the electrolyte, and the metal-to-salt ratio on the concentration and degree of yield of rare-earth metals in the alloy is considered.
