摘要

Experimental investigations were conducted and quantitative characteristics on the ERP system (at the levels of an ERP project and ERP loops) as well as in terms of the resources required were obtained. A technology for minimization of the number of licenses for ERP that makes it possible to substantially save on the resources required for the acquisition and maintenance of the system was proposed. The operational characteristics for a newly introduced ERP system at an industrial enterprises were presented. Experience gained from the introduction and development of the project is posted regularly and in detail on the Internet site www.nok.sibnet.ru/its.
