摘要

The glass formation region boundaries were found in the systems Al_2(SO_4)_3-MSO_4- H_7O, where M = Cd~(2+), Zn~(2+), and Mg~(2+), and Al_2(SO_4)_3-Fe_2(SO_4)_3-H_2O. The causes of the differences in glass-forming ability between the studied systems were analyzed. The structures and properties of glassy Al_2(SO_4)_3· 11H_2O and Fe_2(SO_4)_3 ? 11H_2O were compared.
