摘要

Abstract-Isothermal sections of the phase diagrams of the reciprocal system CdS + ZnTe = ZnS + CdTe and partial systems ZnS-In_2Te_3-ZnTe and CdS-CdIn_2S_4-CdTe and the liquidus surface of the CdS-CdIn_2Te_4-CdTe system have been constructed. It has been found that terminal solid solutions, solid solutions based on compounds CdIn_2S_4 and ZnIn_2Te_4, and liquid phases participate in the phase equilibria. It has been shown that the system Zn_3Te_3 + In_2S_3 = Zn_3S_3 + In_2Te_3 is an irreversible reciprocal system since the reaction is completely shifted to the right. No stable diagonals exist in the reciprocal system Cd_3Te_3 + In__2S3 = Cd_3S_3 + In_2Te_3. Based on thermodynamic analysis, the direction of the reactions has been predicted for reciprocal systems M_3Te_3 + D_2S_3 = M_3S_3 + D_2Te_3, where M = Zn, Cd, Hg; D = Al, Ga, In.
