Manufacture of Textured YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-delta) Ceramics from Y_2BaCuO_5-'xBa_3Cu_5O_8' and Y_2Cu_2O_5-BaCuO_2 Systems

Rationale is given to the manufacture of textured YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-delta) ceramics by the contact-pair method. Preferred textured macrograin growth is determined by the polar figure method.
