Design of Pharmaceutical Cocrystals for Drug Solubility Improvement

摘要

The new technology of enhancement of the solubility of poorly soluble drug substances is based on the synthesis and application of cocrystal pharmaceutical systems. The solubility and bioavailability of such systems are several orders of magnitude higher than those for the individual compounds and much higher than the respective parameters attainable by other technologies.
