摘要

The microstructure and magnetic properties ofamorphous and crystalline electrically deposited films of Co-Pand Co -P-Re alloys are investigated. The features of the cellularstructure of the amorphous films are associated with densityfluctuations of the material and determine the variation inmicrostructure and intergrain magnetic interaction of thecrystalline films. In particular, the replacement of up to 2 masspercent of the phosphorus atoms by rhenium atoms permitsreduction in the cell size, narrowing of the channels between thecells, and increase in the magnetic isolation of the grains in thecrystalline samples.
