The possibility of electrochemical reduction of halopyridines in the presence of Ni~0(bipy)_2 (bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine) was shown, and the features of homo- and cross-coupling with participation of PyX (Py = 2- or 3-pyridyl, X = Cl, Br) were studied.
