摘要

Clear periodic regularities are observed when considering the properties of elements and their compounds, separately in blocks and as depending on the total number of the s-electrons in the atom of s-block, p-electrons in p-block, d-electrons in d-block or f-electrons in f-block. This can be considered as further clarification of the formulation of Periodic Law (for characteristics, which determine properties) in the sequence: the atomic weight, the nuclear charge, the total number of electrons in an atom, defining belonging of a particular element to a certain block. The proposed clarification specifies the Periodic Law and allows to perform quantitative description of properties of elements and compounds on the basis of this law.
