The effects of vegetable proteins-stimulation of cellular proliferation and regeneration,moisturization and the formation of the film on the skin surface-make them valuable ingredients in dermatocosmetics.The paper presents the behavior of some vegetable proteins from soy,silk,ocean plants,wheat germs and spirulin under thermo oxidative conditions and in the presence of peroxidic radicals.The active complexes based on this vegetable proteins were studied regarding the stability,the antioxidant activity and the chromatic characteristics under oxidative conditions.
