摘要

The inherent(chronological)and extrinsic(thermo-and photo-oxidative)ageing are mainly responsible for the dysfunctions of the protecting and regenerating mechanisms of the skin.Therefore,there is a constant need of new products,preferably natural ones,to enhance the behavior of the skin to ageing.Our paper presents some plant extracts and their main structural characteristics in the IR and UV-VIS-NIR domains,initially and after accelerated ageing at 80 deg C and UV irradiation at 40 deg C.It also presents the evolution of antioxidant activity under these destructive conditions.
