We propose an inventory control system that takes into account the seasonal fluctuations of the demand for the retail product and makes it possible to minimize the overall enterprise expenditures that arise along the way to the consumer. The scientific novelty of the study lies in developing the algorithm for calculating the optimal order size for all the categories of the product with a large number of retail warehouses.
