摘要

Mathematical modeling and optimization of the cutting processes contribute to the shortening of the production preparation time without additional financial expenditures. The use of the new construction materials and tooling materials also leads to the need for the mathematical models that can reliably describe the thermomechanical phenomena that accompany the cutting process - and make it possible to predict the machinability of the materials by cutting in the stage of the designer/production-engineer preparation for production.
