Nokian to integrate two profit centres

Nokian Tyres will integrate its Heavy Tyres and Truck Tyres profit centres and form a new Commercial Tyres profit centre as of January 1, 2014. The combined Net sales of the two profit centres were approximately EUR 150 million in 2012 and they employ about 280 people in Nokia, Finland.
