Rise in NR latex output, consumption

Global NR latex production increased by 3% in Q1 2013, despite a marginal fall in the outputs in Malaysia, India and Sri Lanka. The Chinese production increased by 61% while Thai production was flat in Ql 2013. During the same period, Malaysia, India and Sri Lanka registered a drop in production by 7.3%, 7.4% and 18.7% respectively, according to IRSG.
