No need for duty-paid NR import: Sheela Thomas

Sheela Thomas, Chairman of the Rubber Board, India, has stated that the country can do without duty-paid NR import during 2013-14 as the industry has entitlement to import more than 100,000 tonnes of it through duty-free channel.
