摘要

A keto-stabilized sulfur ylide,containing phthalazinedione fragment,was synthesized.During thermolysis,the ylide forms the product of intramolecular cyclization of pyrrolo-phthalazinedione structure.It is known2'3 that derivatives of 1,4-phthalazinedione,viz.,2-amino-and 5-amino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-l,4-phthalazinedione sodium salt(medicine Galavit),show immunomodulating activity.
