KITCHENER, Ontario—Even in the most difficult economic times, AirBoss of America Corp.'s Rubber Compounding business doesn't stray from its capital investment policy. That's why its rubber mixing business continues to expand its reach when customers need product promptly after a recession, said Executive Vice President Robert Dodd. During the most recent downturn, AirBoss Rubber Compounding had to scale back a bit but it did not cut the capital spending needed to keep its mixing equipment in premium condition.
