Hyde unveils cut-off blades to make dimple-free tubes

Hyde Industrial Blade Solutions has unveiled new, tube cut-off blades designed to produce dimple-free tubes. Hyde said these blades remain sharp for extended life on the most production lines to increase yield and reduce waste. They are made from high-speed steels and are vacuum heat treated. A variety of vertical and horizontal blades is available, as well as with or without coatings such as TiN, TiCN and TiAIN.
