SI, Sino Legend continue court battle

Two of the top producers of phenolic resins for tire manufacturers are involved in a legal dispute over alleged trade secret infringement.SI Group China in February 2010 filed a lawsuit against Sino Legend (Zhangjiagang) Chemical Co. Ltd., which began production of phenolic resins in December 2007.The lawsuit alleged that Sino Legend had taken SI Group trade secrets to use in its production of tackifier resins.
