UNION CITY, Pa.-Snap-tite Inc. has sold its Snap-tite Hose Inc. division to a private equity fund that will focus on the fact that the fire hose business manufactures all of its products in America.Atlanta-based All-American Holdings L.L.C. took control of Snap-tite Hose on June 1, renaming the operation All-American Hose L.L.C.
