Skyharbour Resources to buy Denison Mines' uranium projects in Saskatchewan

Skyharbour Resources has agreed to acquire Denison Mines' Way Lake uranium project and Yurchison Lake project in Athabasca Basin, Sask. As per the deal, Skyharbour will pay $20,000 in cash and issue two million common shares, subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issue. Denison will retain a 2 per cent net smelter return in the projects of which 1 per cent may be purchased by Skyharbour for $1 million.
