Recent reports have described ophthalmic involvement in association with West Nile virus (WNV) infection, highlighting a common bilateral multifocal chorioretinitis with typical funduscopic and fluores-cein angiographic appearance of the chorioretinal lesions. Although ophthalmoscopy allows relatively easy detection of chorioretinal lesions, fluorescein an-giography has been found to be more accurate in diagnosing and evaluating chorioretinitis and detecting retinal and optic disk vascular changes.6 The aim of the present study was to determine indocyanine green (ICG) angiographic features for patients with multifocal chorioretinitis associated with WNV infection.
