In recent years, energy curable liquids have been applied to graphic arts, sign art, display panels and the production of electronic circuit boards. Waterborne coatings are used, avoiding the use of environmentally unfriendly organic solvents. This patent describes water-soluble compounds used to make an ink that has sufficient storage stability.
