To provide an anchor coat composition for active energy ray-curable inkjet ink, adhering to both of a plastic film and an active energy ray-curable inkjet ink and capable of forming an anchor coat layer without blocking of anchor coat layers each other and without repelling of the active energy ray-curable inkjet ink.SOLUTION: There is provided an anchor coat composition for active energy ray-curable inkjet ink containing a thermoplastic resin, silica, a silane coupling agent, and a solvent, in which the silane coupling agent is contained at 0.1 to 20 mass% in the composition, and is at least one kind selected from a mercapto-based silane coupling agent, an epoxy-based silane coupling agent, and amino-based silane coupling agent, the silica is contained at 0.01 to 30 mass% as a solid component in the composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
