摘要

Free radical photoinitiator development has recendy focused on improving absorption characteristics, solubility, low odour, low migration and non-yellowing properties. Polymeric photoinitiators have been developed in order to reduce volatility and migration. It is noted by the authors that onium salts can also initiate free radical polymerisation under certain conditions, via excitation of the cationic part of the salt.
